I was thinking about this the other night. I'm still really rickety when it comes to MBTI theory, so I thought I'd post up my question and see if I can follow the logical vein of analysis.
What cognitive functions are responsible for Perfectionism? Or Anxiety? Or Depression? Or any other neuroticisms one can think of. Are some of these traits more relative to types who share the dominant or auxilery functions that are theoretically behind these traits (and therefore may manifest as a shadow in other MBTI types)?
I'm also trying to wrap my head around this whole concept of the "shadow." What shadow traits might have one mistaken for an INFJ or INFP?
I'm wondering if that made any sense...
