Why do you think this is significant?
If we counted the degrees of a circle to a different number, wouldn't this effect simply vanish? It doesn't seem that essential to me.
It stands out to me because it always reduce to the single digit of 9. If you used halving. 1, 2, 4, 8,16, 32, 64,128, 256, 512,1024, 2048. I understand if it sounds stupid, but I think there is another meaning for the numbers 1-9 outside of being a reference for counting. I do not do a great job of making things understandable I admit.
