unni . . . I'm pretty strong believer in behavioralism. I wanted to see other people's viewpoints on it, why they agree, disagree or partially agree/disagree with the concept.

Behavioralism studies political behavior, and was mostly made from disagreement to behaviorism. It focuses on a general, analytical, approach to explain political behaviour while excluding ethical values.
