Four handed out today in Lebanon; Syria will most likely have theirs handed out to them soon if they are still around. Innocent til proven guilty.
Wonder if they will question themselves for the intent to assassinate Gaddafi one day?
edit to add: Lebanon has 30 days to try to carry out the arrests. If no one is arrested the defendants can be tried in absentia.
