I'm doing good Yeah I know, I've sort of been caught up in life...which has made a complete twist for me. I'm in college, studying English and trying to apply for law school so its been a mess. At the same time I've met so many people, and have broke out of my shell. It's quite a bit of activity for an introvert to handle so I'm still trying to adjust my schedule and stuff. How about you?

He probably knows it won't if he's really an auditor.
When running a scam in a position like that, some times a crazy demand can be insisted to get the target scrambling, at which point a lesser compromise demand begins to sound reasonable.
That auditor is probably corrupt and running some kind of inside scam.

it makes me laugh i'll probably change it sooner or later though. kind of doesn't fit with the forum as a whole.. at all. XD
Also note that rsync might be less secure than scp if you have concerns about that. Can be solved by rsync with SSH. Otherwise it sends stuff in the clear and it could be intercepted.
rsync is generally the better choice for something like that. It's quicker and generally safer for the files themselves.
