Honestly, I barely know anything about roasting at this point but if there's ever an affordable roaster put in front of me that does the job decently enough, I'll probably get into it
$10k-15 is a bit out of my price range for a casual hobby :grimacing:
The S100 is around $5k so maybe that'll drop?? 🤣
