The New World Order in the Context of the New Age

No one escapes childhood without at least some of this kind of baggage. It's just up to parents to decide which kind to give. Might as well give them the baggage that allows them to escape the baggage with the least amount of effort. The alternative is to let public schools or religion...

    Maintaing your inner equilibrium

No, not really. I mean, assuming you pretty much have the same things I do: body, emotions, mind, ego, etc, then the process works the same. Personality is just the content of the ego, and the content doesn't matter in this exercise...only seeing the structure itself is important here.

    Mindfulness

If you mean mindfulness as in consciously and actively appreciating what is going on around you, then yes, I do that every day.

    "Unemployed need not apply"

I like where this is going.

    "Unemployed need not apply"

Is it fair? No. Is it just further proof that 90% of people are so dependent on a system that exploits them that they'll COMPLAIN when they can't find a place to be exploited further? Yes. I mean, think about it. As an employee you don't own ANY of the value you produce...your employer does...

    What types are your siblings?

    LMAO, I'm using that.

    What types are your siblings?

My brother is an ESFP. Rest of the family is full of sensors too: Dad: ISTJ Mom: ISFJ Step-Dad: ESTP Grandma: ISFJ Grandpa: ESTJ Other close relatives: ESFJx2, ESTP, ISFJ. Jeez, no wonder I never felt understood...

[PAX] Normal INTP reaction to INFP conflict?

First, let me  you. :) Your conflict has little to do with type. You're letting them cross your personal boundaries. You need to establish boundaries with them. You have to show them you respect yourself, not that you're willing to degrade yourself for their satisfaction. They will resist...

How do you live a life less ordinary?

Courage and ambition are the necessary and sufficient conditions for an extraordinary life. You just have to know what you want and face the inevitable fears that come with getting it. It doesn't hurt to have BIG ambitions either.

    Maintaing your inner equilibrium

Once I learned about my "center," nothing could throw me off equilibrium without my consent. I'm mindful to stay in it all day. I use a specific technique to shed as many layers of attachment to my identity as possible, and from that spot, my entire world is literally in front of me in my mind...

The New World Order in the Context of the New Age

I'd like to offer some feedback for you to consider. I feel considering these ideas might challenge some of your assumptions and help you transform on your spiritual path: 1) The "New World Order" isn't coming. They aren't trying to control the system, they already control it. The "haves" have...

A Theory to the Destructive Nature of the Current World

I think he's proof of the point: you can appreciate and be optimistic even about an experience like jail.

A Theory to the Destructive Nature of the Current World

Why wouldn't there be? :) Again, mental and physical pain are unavoidable, but we can actively appreciate any experience we have. At the very least, any experience is a sign of being alive. Suffering only happens when we resist pain. It's up to you. Do you want to live your life running away...

A Theory to the Destructive Nature of the Current World

I made no claim that those that suffer perpetuate the same TYPE of suffering inflicted upon them. Everyone feels mental and physical pain, but suffering is a different thing, at least in the context I use it. One can feel pain and keep their equanimity, even find joy, optimism and opportunity...

Who would make a good match for me? And why have my relationships with ISFJs been...

The truth is that people of any two types can fall in deep love. Love is more a matter of gratitude than type. However, from working as a personality profiler for two years, I've come to see a pattern that seems to work better than average: change the first letter and keep the second one the...
