@bird. Have you tried it? Being very specific it is down to an enzyme called bromelain. When I had a womb, (lol, don't miss it one bit) and used to get evil cramps it always astounded me how they would vanish from simply eating fresh pineapple. What a great way to get pain relief? x

@just me I bought a camera recently but haven't used it much. I would love to see your photo's. Landscapes and sunrises mean a lot to me.

Yes, it is awesome. I was going to be duck hunting in the marsh this morning but could not go. I have a few pictures of sunrises and sunsets over the marsh while hunting. Sometimes it's the most awesome thing I have ever seen at the time, and being there to enjoy it makes me fill up inside.
