Exactly... I work at a big box club on the weekends doing demos of the food products and as people walk up I can feel what they are feeling and when the store is too crowded I feel like I want to run out screaming... lol "assaulted" is an appropriate word. One of my INFJ friends work...

I still struggle comparing myself to others. The only competition that I can consider is competition with yourself, along the lines of self improvement. Anything aside from that I just don't feel / can't feel good about... (and again, that is just me) Competition is a contest between...

I think for me, to be competitive a person must make the other person a looser, and that goes against my instinct to help others, not harm... I have always felt like the term "healthy-competition" was an oxymoron.

Well I tend to gravitate toward female friends because they tend to be more gentle and open. Until I found this forum and other INFJs most guys were too 'one tracked' and couldn't relate to me. That and the small fact that I am a gay guy doesn't help... I would do anything for a few male...

Have you ever seen the movie or read the book "The Celestine Prophecy" ? It has opened my mind to thinking about 'our gifts' in new ways... Pretty amazing... Every time I watch the movie I get goose bumps and cry... I think when we look at our gifts using the imagination it helps us not...
