I normally rank as a 9 and hover between levels 2 and 3. Not surprised that Type 5 wins out by a couple points at the moment considering the stress factor of life at the moment - that's me retreating inside my shell :(

I have been wanting to learn about enneagrams for a while, so here we go. First test.

My self image would tell me I am 9 followed by 1 or 5. Either I didn't understand the questions fully (which actually is likely), the test is broken or my self image is off (which also is likely). Will need to dig deeper. Interesting.

Hi, I'm new to the whole forum thing, so I apologise if I get anything wrong! I'm a 3w2, and have never come across an INFJ with such an enneagram type. Just wondering if there's anyone out there... :)

Seems to be spread all over the place. I've seen a few 1's, 3's, 9's and 5's for infjs.

i mean, which number is the most "prestigious" one out of them all? not which numbers are common in infjs, although that is interesting to know as well.
 
In all honesty, I wouldn't exactly say there is a "prestigious" Enneagram Type.

However, It's been said that 4's believe themselves to be "individualistic, special, and rare", particularly 4's with a 5 wing. I think the sp/sx/sp stackings would also be a factor.
 
With my current mood, translations of the questions, and aptitude in answering them: 6w5 sp/so/sx today. Interesting. Hope I stay a bit healthy.

Yeah, I could vouch for that. Being a 4w5 and all, we're just specialer than everyone else. *Lolz* @ ridiculousness.

I've been thinking about the wording in the results, and it occurred to me that my rankings would look like this based on them alone.

I must be helpful and caring to be happy. 2
I must be perfect and good to be happy. 1
(These things make me happiest.)

I must maintain a peaceful and easygoing environment to be happy. 9
I must be secure and safe to be happy. 6
(It is really difficult for me to be happy without these.)

I must be high and entertained to be happy. 7
I must be impressive and attractive to be happy. 3
(These are not musts, but they certainly contribute to happiness)

I must be true to my emotions to be happy. 4
I must be knowledgable and independent to be happy. 5
(I don't really need these to be happy, but without them I am unhappy.)

I must be strong and in control to be happy. 8
(I don't need this to be happy. It PISSES me off if I'm not in control of who I am, and it freaks me out if I don't think I'm strong enough to deal with something.)

This kind of implies I'm a 2w1 - which would actually make sense that I seem like an 8 when I am unhealthy, stressed, etc. because I have been for so long now that it's become sort of second nature.

....OR....

I'm an 8, and I'm focusing on my being healthy at 2 with healthy NFJ motivations secured.
