The Bible- Electronic version

Does anyone know of a free program that lets you annotate and make notes in a copy of the bible (old and new testament)?

I know I could easily just use a pdf program to annotate, but I was curious to know if any of you use a program or online site that lets you do this for free and has everything easily referenced.
