I received an important document that uses this term 'stucturally embedded ideology'. I have some idea what it means and when I googled it there was some information that can be helpful in deducing what is meant by that but none that used that exact phrase. So, I just thought I'd put it out there to all you smart people to see if you have a definition for a 'structurally embedded ideology'.

an idea that's ingrained in the system from the core throughout the entire organization of the system. It's an idea that's written into the very nature of the system and infiltrates everyone and everything connected to it.
