Solar Flare/ Northern Lights this evening

Me too. I do hope I get to see this phenomenon one day before I leave this mortal coil. I get news feed from SpaceWeather.com and enjoy the pics and videos posted there.

Yes!! I live in the northern part of a great lakes state in a rural area! Perhaps we can see it. In 2004 or 2005 we were able to see the northern lights here. Ill try and post pics if I can see it here.

I have always wanted to see Northern lights -- post pictures if you do see them! It would be nice not to have to leave home to see them. :)
