    Hi

Just looking for some reading and was wondering if any would like to share some self help book titles that have made an impact on their lives in one form or another.

For me, some books come to you at a time you need them and for me "Radical Acceptance" by Tara Brach came at a time when I was constantly berating myself, having panic attacks and some major anxiety. I found that the messages it imparted to me at that time was a big part of reducing that anxiety.

Anyone else want to share a self help book that has had a positive impact on their lives?
