I saw these Miravella Soy Beans in the store, and it ran through my head that I could toss a few on a salad as a crunchy. I realize most people just snack directly on the roasted beans, but that's a little too textured for me. Are there any recipes that you know of where roasted soy beans are used?
If they're too much on their own, they're pretty good in a trail mix (simple, but still). I don't come across many recipes that call for roasted soy beans specifically, but they can be substituted for seeds and nuts in a bunch of recipes. They're also pretty popular in stir-fries:
