Hello! Can you help me understand the difference between Personality Style Assessment vs Psychology Test? Is there any big difference between these 2? I'm planning to get a personality assessment tool but a friend suggested to just take up a psychology test instead. She just made her company an example since they are conducting a psychology test. If you can share some of your insights, I'd surely appreciate. Thanks!
