How many of you identify with this guys freakout? I am an observer but do not really relate.

Yeah I don't rage out over this specific example but I understand the frustration. When the clip comes separate, I just assumed it's done on purpose to increase sales. Frustrated at the additional cost yes. If this was an item that I was passionate about I'd be probably pretty pissed at the clip coming separate and if I was planning on using all the knives I'd want them to have clips. I had no emotional rise watching this video, I got more worked up thinking about this type of sales model around items I'm passionate about.
