Given I've lived in this state for quite a while. Floods aren't that surprising to me.(I moved out of Grand Forks the winter before the flood of 97. Lucky me. I checked our old house a couple months after the flood and it was gone.)

The president has declared a federal disaster here. It's odd seeing floodwaters that come up and then get covered in snow. We're supposed to get another blizzard this weekend too. Most of the state highways are closed due to ice everywhere too. Always get some interesting weather in the Upper Midwest.
