I don't think anyone has full control over their emotions, not even INTJs. In fact, because NTs are more likely repress or detach from emotions it gives them that much more power when they do resurface.
Even when I feel completely in control of emotional reactions, to the point where I almost feel like a robot I know they still have an influence my life. This influence can take the form of say, a physical malady or an over-reaction to a relatively harmless remark.
