I/O Psychology and the INFJ

Anyone here an I/O psychologist how does your day to day job fit with your personality?
I myself have a bit of flair for business,marketing and am very people friendly so I am wondering if this would be a good fit for me by extension?

No plaque on my wall, but studying it a bit couldn't hurt...if you know how to sift through it for the gems.

It is a very technical and data driven field so while the skills you mentioned would be helpful for just about any line of work, unless you really like statistics, you might want to check some other things out
