How should you meditate?

You Should Practice a Guided Meditation

You tend to be a restless person, and while you thrive in chaotic situations, you sometimes need to get away.
When relaxing on the beach or looking out from a mountain top is not possible, you can still imagine yourself in those scenes.

Your body is good at responding to imagery as it does to real experience. And you just may need a little guidance to get you there.
Life can always be too much, but life can always wait. If you close your eyes, you can just imagine the sand between your toes.

You Should Practice a Mindful Meditation

You are a very observant person, especially when it comes to what's going on in your own head. You are constantly aware of your own thoughts and actions.
You are a realist to your core, and you don't run away from your problems. You are good at staying in the present and facing things head on.

You may take on too much at times, but that's when you remember to breathe and focus. Everything eventually passes.
You are good at letting go of judgment - both with yourself and with others. Whatever will be will be.

You Should Practice a Walking Meditation

You are a very physical person, and a lot of your life revolves around movement. You are in tune with the sensations your body is feeling.
You live a busy life, and you are always on the go. You may not have the time to slow down... or slowing down simply may not feel right to you.

While you don't stop what you're doing to clear your head, you can do so while you're moving. You know how to focus, breathe, and let go.
You love the feeling of working your muscles and being out in nature. You are a big believer in the mind-body connection.

You Should Practice a Mantra Meditation

You are a philosophical and thoughtful person. You have a broad view of the world and are able to essentialize what's important. You have a lot going on in your head, and you often need to process it. You are all about simplifying your life and your thoughts.

You have always been good at picking a mantra in life. You try to never forget your purpose, as crazy as things get.
You believe that meditation can change the world - and more importantly, change yourself. It can bring you more compassion, joy, and peace.
