Heard of NOvember: A Month of No Socialising?

Supposedly you spend the month saying 'NO thank you' to all social invites, social media and instead do spontaneous things or spend time at home, by yourself or with family.

I just heard of it from someone who identifies as a Unicorn, i.e. an INFJ, and they said they'll delete all their phone apps during that month, yet keep their email and text lines open.

Anyone heard of NOvember? Or done it?

Is this one of those ... I can't come to Thanksgiving festivities b/c I'm an introvert? Gawd pls. I am too and am hosting it ... except this year I'm paying someone else to do all the cooking. That's way too much expectation on a person who hates cooking. lol

For the most part that is how I live my life.
 
i do the NOvember. i start on my birthday though and you wont be hearing from me until the last week of november. i thought it was just me.............. i have to meet Unicorn.
