have you guys ever had bouts of crazyness were you thought you could of lost your mind?,well not nesscarily 'crazyness' but more of times when you just gave upa nd said fuck it.like sometimes i get so depressed,that i go into this tempary state,were i just walk up and down in a fit,trying to get out of this land of no hope,somtimes ill kick something,ect...have you guys ever had moments like theres were you went into another state and could you explain them,...its not realy that i went crazy its more of an act i do so that i can release some of the tension you no what i mean,explain yours in detail?

I sometimes have bouts of normalness.
It kind of just sounds like you maybe don't have a healthy way to release your emotions as they come so they build up until releasing them suddenly becomes a necessary and more aggressive process. Just speculation... too many possibilities to know.
Maybe set the "crazyness" label aside, and honestly consider what could be causing these reactions in you.
