Acd, I agree with you and for the reason you stated.
But our nation and many others were built on older younger marriages. Even if we don't agree with them anymore.
I don't think they're ideal.
Please! No one bring up child brides here. I don't think that's what we're discussing here. I'm not!

What does the history (still happens) of child or adolescent brides have to do with this? You brought it up, lol.

I think acd's been there, done that, and learned from the experience.
We can learn from other people's mistakes and avoid the pane they lived or caused.
 
Be honest with her and ask her out for coffee, preferably in person.

Normally, I'm not opposed to planning or deliberation but women either like you or they don't. Simple.

PS: There's no such thing as a soulmate.
