DND 4E - The Archangel.

I'm creating a new NPC Race. Tell me your ideas for such a Race.

I'm not going to include Classes. Because the Archangels can pick and choose from any classes feats and powers until the three new Tiers. Where I've yet to make rules.


This is what I'm thinking, at the moment.

Immortal (Level 31 - 34)​

1 x Feat Per Level
2 x Utility Powers per Level
1 x Encounter Power per Level
1 x Daily Power per Level
Body cannot be destroyed or cut.
0HP - Bloodied = Coma (remove all negative effects + heal to 1HP will restore)
+100 HP

Mythic (Level 35 - 38)​

1 x Feat Per Level
4 x Utility Powers per Level
2 x Encounter Powers per Level
2 x Daily Powers per Level
+400HP
+20 Passive Perception/Insight

Divine (Level 39 - 40)​

3 x New Unique Feats per level
1 x New Unique Utility Per Level
1 x New Unique Encounter Per Level
1 x New Unique Daily Per Level
3 x At Will Powers from any Race/Class
+1500HP
+20 Perception/Insight
+40 Passive Perception/Insight
Divine Shielding (+50 Resistance to all Damage Types)
