Dislocated and fractured my wrist

Happened yesterday. The swim team was plaing soccer and so I tried to do a bicycle kick and landed on mr wrist. I i'm using one hand for every thing. I'll write later about my day in the hospital. My unfractured wrist is swolen from the needle shots.

I broke my wrist that same way when I was younger, that was the second time, the first time I broke it while rassalin

Sorry to hear that Henrick....I have never broken anything but my pinky and big toe...I cant imagine anything more substantial!
