What personality type are you and what are you Big 5 scores? Do you think these scores defy sterotypes that circulate in the MBTI community?

Scores: Very Low, Low, Average, High, Very High

Extroversion: Low
Agreeable: Very High
Conscientious: Average
Neuroticism: Low

I think the biggest myth with my type is that we are all cold and uncaring. This is far from true in my case; my friends often rely on me to listen to their worries and to help them. In fact, this very myth is one of the reasons I thought I was an INFJ for so long.

What are your thoughs?

Well, the first thing to note is that functions=/= MBTI as a psychometric instrument, and it's the latter more correlated with Big 5.
For one thing, F in functions theory is about value judgment, which in and of itself does not imply a correlation to Agreeableness. In particular, value judgment can be quite harsh.

I'm probably similar to you. I'm likely not even close when it comes to a thinking/feeling in what I consider the best interpretation of the functions-y framework. Whereas I'm not what you'd call cold/uncaring either.

Ooph. From a state of curiosity, I searched through my notes and found my Big 5 results from Nov. 2014. What a remarkable difference!

Now 92.5% a 2.5% increase

Now 57.2% a 50.5% increase

Now 82.5% a 19.5% increase

Neuroticism then 84%
