  • You're very welcome, and likewise. I hadn't realised how little attention I was paying to other posts ;p
    It sounds very gentle lol. I can see how people are attracted to those ideals. Even I can see value in it, but like anything it can be abused and train people out of their own rationality and ability to have a healthy existence in society.
    I dropped out of high school, but I've still managed to get into two seperate college courses witout a HS diploma. I didn't get to complete either of them due to poor health. I'm headed back to college from September. I guess I'm a late bloomer, but im ok with that. Instead of wasting my education straight out of HS I got a shit ton of life experience and now know exactly what i want to do in terms of career and will probably work a heck of a lot harder than i would have at 20.
    Thats kind of you :) It's ok though, I'm not too insecure about my intelligence. There's plenty of reasons for people to drop out of high school. :)
    Hey Ms bean! Sorry for the possible misunderstanding in the thread. It was before coffee for me...so i just latched on to the majority and posted what I did. I did notice others had similar opinions. How are you doing?
    And I am trying to restrain myself. You are a beautiful human being for what you bring to the world.
    Thank you Pinto for your kind comment :) I look forward to hearing more about your own experience in this regard some time :)
    Probably a better choice if you ever want to work. After years of putting my degree to great use in admin jobs, I went back to college and studied IT.

    I think about the only work as a philosophy graduate is in teaching, where all your students will eventually go back to college and study something else.
    Small local anesthesia to remove a very painful & bleeding cyst (they will take a sample to research what it is, though I've my strong feelings already for knowing what it is... doctors have their assumptions too), if it can't be removed, I will need a big surgery. ;___;
    I know this is late, but than you for the reps. :) Hope everything is good.
    Thanks you :) - re the "Write What You Feel" thread. It was terrible to see something happen and not be able to help.
    I'm definitely planning on lots of wine! That is a must, and will go well with the lobster, yum.
