    Complete antithesis of an INFJ

No reference I don't know. My wife is an ENFJ and isn't anything like that. I guess the S change is a big indicator of different personalities. She's very forward thinking and always improving herself on her own, so not like the group you asked about.

    Wants vs. Needs . . .

Matching Thanks for liking my list. It's us. I don't get back here much, but I caught up on this discussion. I see you want love from your question. But, from your posts, it sounds to me like you might have described yourself in your checklist. Is my gut feeling wrong? I wanted to grow and I...

Am I INTJ? INFJ? Something else entirely? Please help. :)

Total INTJ - not an INFJ Based on your opening remarks, I vote you totally are an INTJ, not an INFJ.

Prove or Disprove me of being an INFJ

I immediately thought INTJ I immediately thought INTJ. Henrick has a point. Someone else said an INTJ wouldn't ask for opinions. But I say an INTJ would to prove themselves more right than the test. The question is very T, thinking, not feeling. I think classic INTJ wanting to be anything...

Typing Classical Hollywood Onscreen Couples . . .

Sound of Music Cast Parcel, Very, very impressive job of even attempting to sort these characters by type. I only know about INFJs and because my wife is one, ENFJs, and because we looked them up, ENFPs and INTJs for contrasting. Based on my knowledge of these 3 groups, I would suggest a...

    Wants vs. Needs . . .

Wants vs. needs Well, my life is like in two parts, before and after I was seduced by my ENFJ wife, who opened the world up to me. Before that, I was a typical INFJ, so it was a miracle she managed to love me long enough for me to open up and tell her I love her before she left me. Before that...

Can you truly love someone you don't trust?

I don't mean trust should not come I don't mean trust should not come. I just think since we don't trust well by nature, it is OK to fall in love and open up some, then see if trust develops. I am saying if we INTJs who do require trust first also are the typical INTJs who cannot trust by...

Can you truly love someone you don't trust?

Can INFJs trust anyone to love them? For some of you, love is dependent on trust. I know, as an INFJ, we are suspicious of all affection and find normal and nice people untrustworthy and clingy. So, if you cannot trust, does that mean you cannot fall in love?

Your preferred type for a "buddy".

I say ENFJs too! I agree with Laurie. My loving and fun wife is an ENFJ and she also is my best friend. I'm an INFJ, so she opened a warm world to me I never was able to reach before.
