    Passionate personalities

Because I think that a healthy serious relationship should be based on love, respect, selflessness, helping each other...in other words I think that a healthy long-term relationship should be based on spirituality rather than on physicality. When passion is the only foundation, that means that...

How do you want to be perceived?

That is, provided that you do occasionally think about how others perceive you. I thought I'd point out just in case, the question is about your personality, not about the looks. Do you want to be perceived differently in different environments (e.g. home vs work)? Or always the same?

    Passionate personalities

For romantic relationships, I think that passion is positive as an element of a relationship, not as a foundation of it though. As an element I find it good and healthy, as a foundation I find it unhealthy.

What's your opinion on job assessment personality tests?

I don't know if you're joking, but once I heard a person who had a lot of friends/acquaintances who worked in HR department and knew a lot of CEOs, managers and such, seriously claim that when some private corporations look for suitable people for top positions, they are deliberately looking for...

What's your opinion on job assessment personality tests?

Yeah...it's not that hard to tailor the answers if you know the skill set that is preferred by the company for the job, and if you're somewhat familiar with the structure of those personality tests. But sometimes it's not worthwhile to tailor the answers, I think... If the company was looking...

What's your opinion on job assessment personality tests?

I think that's a very good strategy. I myself have thought about it a lot. That type of view can easily be perceived as idealistic in today's world as it would require a lot of changes, but I think it's not nearly as unfeasible as some people claim it to be. It might take a lot of research...

What's your opinion on job assessment personality tests?

Really? That surprises me. I thought that personality tests were common to hiring process in USA. Mostly because the most of standard personality tests that are used during hiring process where I live, were made in USA. I find it ironic how some countries (like my own) have imported job...

What's your opinion on job assessment personality tests?

I don't know if you're referring to my OP, but I wasn't talking about MBTI tests. Where I live personality tests are a common part of the hiring process, but those test aren't MBTI. As far as I know, they measure extroversion/introversion, neuroticism, agreeableness, tendency for planning vs...

What's your opinion on job assessment personality tests?

That much is certain. As to the quality of those tests, there is one version with 80 questions/statements, which I find more credible than other versions, since it seems to be focused on general mental health and actual personality rather than on exploitation and worker bee mentality. The...

What's your opinion on job assessment personality tests?

Do you find them useful, accurate and trustworthy? Do you think those tests are flawed? How much credibility do you attribute to them? Do you think that some types of those are more accurate than the other ones? If so, which ones and why? This subject can obviously be theorized to infinity, but...

    Routine vs. novelty

A stable and safe routine...but one can't always get what they want. I try to console myself with the fact that change can sometimes bring about personal growth.

Paul Walker: Fast & Furious Actor RIP

I had no idea of this. I'm so surprised now. To me, he has always radiated very positive energy.... At least that was my impression of him. Never would have thought he'd die that soon. RIP.

    Dealing with negativity/being put down.

You can try using a mirror. No magic required - only a mirror. http://magic-spells-and-potions.com/magic_protection_defence_against_the_dark_arts_hexenspiegel.htm Mirrors naturally have a positive energy. You can check the energy of the mirror by holding a plummet above it. When you hold a...
