The difference between the image of Alice and the naked girl curled up in the corner is pretty transparent. Don't wanna say too much publicly, but I'm guessing some sort of abuse. The other two pictures seem to apply a change from a more passive approach to a more aggressive approach, possibly in your interactions towards people.
