I'm not so great at baking lol. I do a lot of quick and easy cheater treats like Oreo truffles and pretzel, rolo and pecan turtles. We always do sugar cookies to decorate though and will likely do some chocolate chip ones with fun sprinkles. I got a package of mini marshmallows, chocolate and peppermints to add to cookie dough so that sounded fun.

Oh! I saw some Nestle chocolate and peppermint chips at the store. I imagine they would taste delicious on a chocolate or vanilla cookie. It sounds like you're having fun. Some of the best treats are easily made, so they can be enjoyed quickly. Haha! One of my favorite mint cookies is chocolate with melted Andes mints spread on top. Simple, but to die for. I want to try it with brownies sometime.
