I loved Avatar when the wife made me wtach it.

I love Dragon Prince, it feels more like Avatar than Legend of Korra does and I prefer that. Korra was a bit too... Americana with questionable morals.

Avatar was more innocent with a stronger moral compass and a really interesting asian theme and Dragon Prince feels like it too but a more typical fantasy theme. I love it.

My stepson got me into it. I love the fantasy I dont normally watch Anime stuff... but I love Attack on Titan (haven't finished that yet tho) AND Death Note!!
