From my searches, I think it might be concept art for a "Daemancer," just looking at the prefix & suffix there, makes me think of "necromancy," so maybe daemons+mancy.
Thus, perhaps, one who raises daemons? I posted some thoughts about the pic in that thread, I don't think it's necessarily meant to be negative... perhaps simply a view into one's shadows, as opposed to light.
