Try this: Grasp your right arm, right above the elbow, around where basically your bicep is. Simultaneously, take your right hand, and press the outside of your right calve, about 3-4 inches below the knee. Hold this for about 5 mins and breathe...you might want to be sitting down as you do this.

Then, wrap your left hand around the right arm, just above the elbow. Wrap your right arm around the left side of the body, underneath the breast. Hold this position and breathe and then reverse sides
