I have a sense that unforgiveness/resentment that you hold is stifling your creative energy, and green will help you process/remedy that quicker...if you are wearing it. Orange is a good colour to keep colds away...because you have a potential one brewing in your field right now. It's also a good colour to fuel creativity/drive/new endeavours...it's that spark/that "push" that you desire.

As for our lovely hush, Happiness and joy are the best defense against lower vibe feelings/energy. And it will give her the sense of refreshment and renewal that she seeks.

Carnelian is your bff, very inexpensive, and easy to obtain. You can even let it sit in your tea while it brews...just don't eat it lmao. I'd wear it as a bracelet. Green Aventurine , Jade, or Unakite would work nicely for you as a pendant...see if you can get a heart-shaped one.
