I know how that feels. I was mean to my sister today because of my sour mood and I felt really bad. When I get that way I make sure I go off by myself to process whatever sickly thoughts I'm having. I don't know if it's an introvert thing, but I get these barrages of negative thoughts that form sort of a spiderweb of... truth. It sucks that it happens every day, because it means I have to go and be moody by myself a lot.
