I've known this since before Trump won in 2024. The root problem, IMO, is that both men/boys and women/girls have become very spiteful. They just look to different things to "solve" the problems with the "other." Women are more nurturing (on average), so they will gravitate more towards mercy. Men are more structured (on average), so they will gravitate more towards justice. And, this dynamic is not just isolated to the US. European countries show a similar trend. The straight white male has been abused. And so it only makes sense that they are lashing out against the "system" much the same way that African Americans have done. In this way, it is like trying to force a beach ball underwater. It can only be maintained for so long until it pops up and gets everyone wet in the process.
