What apps do you use to help you stay focused, motivated, mindful, calm, or centered throughout the day?

I recommend "I am". It has some cool mantras which pop up throughout the day. Very self reaffirming.
 
I have tried some things, but haven't found an app that was satisfactory yet.

Loop: HEX is kinda meditative, but not very demanding, nor is it motivational.

However, very interested too in what we can find collectively.
 
It’s worth checking out Insight Timer. I use it to time meditation, and it has a highly configurable timer built into it. That’s only a small part of its function, though I don’t use the rest myself. There’s a huge library of at least 100,000 courses and guided meditations, and a big forum of people to chat to, or form common interest groups with. For the TJs it also keeps comprehensive stats on your meditation sessions if you want it to, and tracks how well you are doing against targets.

There’s such a lot in there that most folks will find something of great value as long as you tolerate and just ignore the stuff that doesn’t appeal.

I’ve used the timer for about 15 years now and I’ve never found another that’s any better.
