INFJ
I came to a conclusion that I might not be an INFJ after all.

From what I heard and read, INFJs are into some abstract ideas and stuff like this, I'm not even sure, I don't think I'm like that.

And also INFJs seem sweet and people are drawn to them and I'm afraid I'm not like that either.

And maybe I'm not so into people. I'm into people I like. I'm interested in people but at the same time I sometimes don't even listen carefuly to them, my mind starts to flow during conversations. But I often do things for others and put them first.

On the other hand, what I've read about INFJs and harmony sounds very like me, and there are more little things that made me think I was an INFJ.

I think I might be INFP because, for instance, when people share with me their problems, I'd rather give them an advice than offer them an emotional support. I'm emotional, sentimental and often question my purpose in life, I change my interests a lot.

What do you guys think? Maybe I'm some other type? Please let me know what are your thoughts.

I am aware of cognitive functions but it's difficult to tell which are my strongest ones.

When I was trying to narrow down my type, I did this questionnaire from Typology Central. It might help here.

Personal concepts
1. What is beauty? What is love?
2. What are your most important values?
3. Do you have any sort of spiritual/religious beliefs, and why do you hold (or don't) those beliefs in the first place?
4. Opinion on war and militaries? What is power to you?

Interests
5. What have you had long conversations about? What are your interests? Why?
6. Interested in health/medicine as a conversation topic? Are you focused on your body?
7. What do you think of daily chores?
8. Books or films you liked? Recently read/watched or otherwise. Examples welcome.
9. What has made you cry? What has made you smile? Why?
10. Where do you feel: at one with the environment/a sense of belonging?

Evaluation & Behaviour
11. What have people seen as your weaknesses? What do you dislike about yourself?
12. What have people seen as your strengths? What do you like about yourself?
13. In what areas of your life would you like help?
14. Ever feel stuck in a rut? If yes, describe the causes and your reaction to it.

People & Interactions
15. What qualities do you most like and dislike in other people? What types do you get along with?
16. How do you feel about romance/sex? What qualities do you want in a partner?
17. If you were to raise a child, what would be your main concerns, what measures would you take, and why?
18. A friend makes a claim that clashes with your current beliefs. What is your inward and outward reaction?
19. Describe your relationship to society. How do you see people as a whole? What do you consider a prevalent social problem? Name one.
20. How do you choose your friends and how do you behave around them?
21. How do you behave around strangers?

I answered most of them.

Personal concepts
1. What is beauty? What is love?
Will not find words that are good enough here, so won't even try.

2. What are your most important values?
God, family. Very important to me is my ambition and self-fullfilment I guess.

4. Opinion on war and militaries? What is power to you?
War is terrible. One of the worst things in the world. But I'm not a pacifist. Power? Ability to do more in the world than other people. Sounds good, but in reality it seems that the most powerful people don't use their abilites for good causes, so the power sounds negative for me.
Not a good answer but idk what else to say.

6. Interested in health/medicine as a conversation topic? Are you focused on your body?
Not my favourite, but a good topic. I don't think I'm focused on my body really.

7. What do you think of daily chores?
Hate them. Sometimes it's hard to force myself to do them.

8. Books or films you liked? Recently read/watched or otherwise. Examples welcome.
Films I liked - I like watching romantic comedies and maybe adventure movies, but I also like those which move me. Especially movies about real love and self-sacrifice. Those move me very deeply.

9. What has made you cry? What has made you smile? Why?
What makes me cry is seeing real love, sacrifice for other people, videos of soliders coming back home ;) and seeing other peoples real happiness.
What makes me smile are nice people, funny situations and jokes.

Evaluation & Behaviour
11. What have people seen as your weaknesses? What do you dislike about yourself?
Well, someone told me I was stubborn. I'm not sure I am.
I care too much about not important things? Maybe a little less recently.
I don't like that I'm not outgoing enough and have bad social skills.
I wish I didn't avoid conflict so much.

12. What have people seen as your strengths? What do you like about yourself?
Someone told me I was witty. Kinda agree. But I am only when I feel very comfortable around people which doesn't happen often.
I like that I am sensitive because I believe it's a good thing after all.
I am able to put others first.

People & Interactions
15. What qualities do you most like and dislike in other people? What types do you get along with?
I like when people are nice, sensitive with what they say to others, and when people think of others. I like people that are good listeners. I like outgoing people because obviously it's easier to interact with them.

18. A friend makes a claim that clashes with your current beliefs. What is your inward and outward reaction?
I don't usually say anything. Maybe try to say something gently. But I'm not feeling well with that.

20. How do you choose your friends and how do you behave around them?
Reply from question 15. My behaviour - I listen more than I talk, I'm very interested in others. But sometimes I loose focus. I often try to give good advice to people when they share their problems.

21. How do you behave around strangers?
I'm usually shy around people that are less than friends, but I'm quite comfortable around strangers, I can chat with them easily and it's quite surprising for me.

I could have written your responses myself. :D I am an INFP.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the one thing I find through my experience is that INFJ has more morbid thoughts and interests. My INFP friend has a dark sense of humour, but my thoughts can make her horrified.
