Like a typical 5w6 on the way down to rock bottom i got aggressive (final stage) before i crashed and then after secluding myself i developed a lot of "Personality Disorders" where of some i was born with such as those in thedirect OCD spectrum.

- A 29 yold Swede whos found herself in England off and on the last 6 or so years (oh my time flies.)
Went to bed last night as a 21 yold girl and woke up nearly 30 - pretty much sums it up. Lost a lot of years to Anxiety related Disorders such as Agoraphobia, General Anxiety, OCD, BDD, Avoidant etc. i could really go on, but i sense you get the picture ;)
I am glad ive decided to dive in to this subject further, need some help to get myself out there in the World again.
