I'm a 39 year old single mom who works in government, enjoys the arts, loves to be creative and spend time with my family. I'm intelligent, funny, and kind, and I love helping others make things better.

I love to write fiction, draw, paint, I love movies, music, travel and long drives, cooking, some creative crafting, design, architecture, animals, history, science, art, love Marvel comics characters, Star Wars, Doctor Who, BBC Sherlock, things that make me laugh, festivals, volunteer work, archeology, reading, and pinterest. Hey, it deserves a shout out, it's the one place I can tag everything else I listed. ;)
Biography
I've lived in Oklahoma most of my life, traveled some within the USA, had a wide range of interests and tend to kind of "fall into" various careers. I'm the mother of two teenagers and four furbabies, and I live in a small town outside the Metro.

The two most common sayings I live by is that I believe in the sanctity of marriage and the sanity of divorce, and I'd rather be a smartass than a dumbass.
In descending order, which 6 things could you never do without?
My kids, my car, my computer/kindle, the internet, my fuzzy stuff (blanket, socks, pajama pants), modern conveniences (heat & a/c and indoor plumbing).
What would be your epitaph?
If I lived and loved well enough, you won't be standing here
You will be out taking chances, and keeping loved ones near
Cause it's not about a dash or where my soul is now
It's about how much I loved you, and that I showed you how
To face the fear and move ahead and make the choices too
For right or wrong, and hard or not it's what you have to do
So tell them that you love them, don't hold back in fear
And live the life you want to, instead of standing here.
