    INFJ's and their bodys

I can't help but criticize myself, I want to lose weight- I know I'm not fat, and I have lost a lot of weight about a year ago when I was actually quite fat; but I'm still not satisfied. I don't think I ever will be. I don't dislike everything about myself, but i do dislike a lot and am...

    INFJ and Spirituality

Thanks for that, quite reassuring. . . I happy, whilst being neither religious nor spiritual. Although, being spiritual and having this inner peace that so many of you have talked about, does sound lovely; I don't crave it, I don't think I'm the type of person who needs it, nor wants it...

How to have a whole personality...

I think being whole is being happy with yourself, I mean if you find these 'weaknesses' hinder you in every day life, then yeah- try to correct them if it helps you . . . although couldn't we all perfect ourselves to the end of the earth and back? And besides, us INFJs do have obsessive...

problem for me is, I agree with my family- so how do I know if I've been brainwashed . . .???

    INFJ and Spirituality

That does ring true to me . . . I have found that I'm always searching for the greater reason, and although I have dismissed the religious view of God, I still am open to the idea that there are things out there we don't understand- I don't think there's any form of a 'God', but something...

    INFJ and Spirituality

This makes me wonder whether I'm an INFJ . . . I do wonder about all of these things and the destiny of our kind, whether these spiritual things and superstitious things do have any truth . . . but otherwise I'm a complete and utter sceptic! Could this mean I'm not quite INFJ

    INFJ and Spirituality

Being spiritual but not religious seems to be the most common thing I've heard here so far, maybe that's a tendency of the INFJ?

    Five minutes,

I'd try to consume as much chocolate as physically possible in five minutes and kill myself through gluttony, just before everything else went *kaboom* I'd much rather die eating chocolate instead of being blown to smithereens . . .

Do you think INFJs are clingy?

I've been told I'm clingy . . . and for some reason it really offends me and then I go out of my way to argue that I'm not. I'm not sure why, because it isn't necessarily a bad thing . . . is it?:m075:

    INFJ and Spirituality

It is exciting, something so mystifying about it all. I suppose I do need to form my own opinion, however I'm worried that I've been so brainwashed that my own opinion is a reflection of my parents. I mean I agree with them, I would call myself an atheist . . . but I don't how I would have...

    INFJ and Spirituality

agreed . . . Religion is a form of brainwashing to me, which is why my parents steered clear of it and why I steered clear of it. However, I suppose I have to wonder if my parents brainwashed me by encouraging atheism? I suppose it works both ways.:noidea:

    INFJ and Spirituality

I agree, I think the simplicity of our existence- to simply reproduce and evolve and so on, is just not satisfying enough for the human mind, particularly not the INFJ mind. Therefore we look for something deeper when it's just not there, or whatever is there is just far too advanced for us to...

    INFJ and Spirituality

I've been away for the past couple of days so haven't been able to keep up with this thread, but I'm delighted to see more people joining in the discussion. Maybe we are more prone to it, simply because we always look for a deeper answer, when it is impossible to find an absolutely 100%...

    INFJ and Spirituality

That was very interesting, I didn't get it at first but I watched it a few times and really concentrated on what he was saying (the mullet was a wee bit distracting), but I think I got it. Not sure if I buy it though, he keeps referring to the fact that it was recorded in religious texts; and...

    Distinguishing INFJs from INFPs

hmm . . . maybe I should retake the test . . . I can't remember how I answered, if they were truly truthful or not. Although, I do believe there comes a point when testing can only tell you so much, you have to decide for yourself- no one knows you better than you.
