I came from 23 yrs of high level bicycle road racing. And am as of September 2020 13 yrs of Barefoot Ultra Distance Adventure Running. Between the 2 disciplines I’ve logged over 850,000 human powered miles.
I love learning about how others are wired and how that plays out in their lives.
Started experimenting with vegan fueling back at age 13 and I’m 63 laps down as of last month. Planning the epic run of a lifetime right now. Going to run the entire west Coast up Pacific Coast Highway to Vancouver then back down the Sierra mountains to the Southern border again. Then back up the Rockies to the northern border... repeating this pattern until I get to Miami Florida about 2+ yrs later.
