OMG this is SO me! I always check in with my friends about this kind of thing because it FEELS like people are just so oblivious, inconsiderate and downright rude and it makes me SO MAD - I just want to scream at them 'WAKE UP!!'. But at the same time I know I'm hyper-aware of my environment...
