In the 90's the company I worked for had us all take the MB test. There were only 2 INFJ's out of about 250 people, lucky for me, my VP was the other one besides me. She was a good mentor, and was honest about my strengths and weaknesses. Because she understood me well, she gave me opportunities to do the things I wanted to do, but at the the same time she would ensure that I got challenging work. This made my job less stressful. I worked in a fortune 500 company in the technology department where I started as a programmer and worked up to a systems analyst, then as a systems architect. I don't let the INFJ label define who I am. I am not uncomfortable with who and what I am. I've become more of an adaptable and positive person over the years. Never knew there was a forum for just INFJs until yesterday.
