Hello! I'm a rather typical INTP/Type 5. I'm extremely analytic, and indifferent to anything I don't have intense passion for (which for me would be history,psychology, literature, and general nerdom). I get along best with other iNtuitive people and Perceivers, as well as type fours and other type fives. Feeling people balance me out and make me see moral arguments which I sometimes ignore or don't understand (I have my own code and pay little attention to the moral codes of others. This can include the law....oops). I'm unique for an INTP in that I'm actually very good with *understanding* the emotions of others. That does not mean I can deal with them/help them, and it certainly doesn't mean anything for how I handle my own emotions (which, another oddity for an INTP, I will admit to having! I just handle them poorly/tuck them away in neat boxes which I put in other boxes and then I CRUSH THOSE BOXES with hammers and bulldozers. I then dust off my hands and call it a day.) I'm a bit of a goofball, and I like talking to people that would read this and still want to talk to me.
