I've worked with the MBTI for many years. Working in organizational psychology, I've seen type indicators come and go. My strong preference is still the MBTI. I'm annoyed that it's become so proprietary, as I believe that may have something to do with why it's faded into the background. Personality is complex enough when there are 16 options!!
