That third one seems to be the correct one. You're correct with the vas=informal and va=formal. I prefer va because most of the times I'd use that phrase would be to some asshole I didn't really know
I don't think that's right. I think pollas is okay, but I'm pretty sure chupar isn't conjugated and you need to have an "a" between ir and chupar. That's at least what I've learned in Spanish class, anyway.
I'd probably use Va instead of Vas in most cases, just because I'm not usually buddy buddy with the people I instruct to partake in the sucking of dicks...
Yeah, more or less it's just form changes that'll get you. The way I say "go suck a bag of dicks" is "ir a chupar un bago de penes", changing ir to the appropriate form. I'm sure there are multiple ways of saying it, though. You could drop the ir a part, but I'm not sure if it would hold the same meaning as the English phrase *shrugs*

Ugh I really want to tell you but there's a bunch of grammatical rules that innately come with Spanish phrases, so I'm not sure if you'd be able to say it correctly without a lengthy paragraph explaining how to modify the phrase for individual situations...
Glad to hear that you have quite a bit of help. I had my tubes tied a while back (ok ok, almost 8 years ago, lol) and needed quite a bit of help....luckily my grandparents came down to help me out since my husband at the time was an effing douchebag.
