[INFJ] who would be more socially adept?

who would be more socially adept,or socially skilled? intj or infj?
 
I usually find that I am the one that has to be friendly and behave like an extrovert if I'm with an INTJ. (My SO is an INTJ.)
 
It seems an INFJ may be more likely to reach out because of Fe, but INTJs are also just as capable of reaching out if they have a connection with someone on a topic or issue they enjoy discussing.

I agree with this. Depending on the company and topic of conversation, I could be highly enthusiastic and animated or barely say a word.

Overall though I notice INFJs to be a bit more social and interested, even when speaking to the walking dead (boring people). Whereas an INTJ will either just end the conversation, or be indistinguishable from a statue.
